Job Description

The Fielder position work’s with management to prepare and finalize project deliverables and contract documents in accordance with the company standards, municipal / jurisdictional requirements, survey standards, and client requirements.

Duties/Expectations

  • Work on numerous jobs simultaneously
  • Follow established procedures and clearly defined processes but occasionally apply independent judgement to address complex matters
  • Record and compile data gathered during fielding using designated tools (i.e., TSC 5, Surface Pro) or software
  • The ability to learn how to read plat maps, ferret maps, & any other related map information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues identified during the fielding process.

Experience/Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or GED equivalent
  • Adept in learning Windows based equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities
  • Good driving skills & record
  • Ability to stand, walk long distances, and perform physical tasks associated with on-site fielding
